University of Texas Master’s Degree in Env Sci/Marine Science

Great opportunity for a master’s degree program at University of Texas for students interested in Env Sci/Marine Science master program.

As part of a NOAA EPP funded consortium led by Florida A&M University, faculty at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley are recruiting students for graduate research fellowships in UTRGV’s new Ocean, Coastal, and Environmental Science masters program. This emphasis of this consortium is on ocean intelligence, place based conservation, coastal resilience and promoting minority student education and training.

UTRGV will be recruiting up to six graduate students this year, and more for the next five years at least, to work with five of our faculty. We hope to have the students selected by the end of November to start as early as January 2017. Any help spreading the word to students that might be interested would be greatly appreciated. Interested students can contact me, more information on the position and application process can be found at http://www.breierlab.info/recruiting.html.

Sincerely,
