Live, learn, and teach in the mountains!
Looking for a rewarding Masters program or to add to your current MS or PhD program? Do you want to combine ecology, science communication, and a field-based teaching experience? The University of Idaho’s award-winning* McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS) is accepting applications for next year’s graduate student class. Start date is August, 2017.
Gain hands-on, outdoor teaching experience, study ecology in a field setting, and develop leadership skills while living in the spectacular natural environment of McCall, Idaho. As a University of Idaho MOSS graduate student, you will change lives by providing field-based environmental education programs for 5th and 6th grade students and teachers, and use those experiences as the foundation of your degree. Because MOSS is a program of the University of Idaho’s College of Natural Resources, you can earn a Masters from the College of Natural Resources in two semesters.
