It integrates science, economics, politics, ethics, psychology, history, and religion to consider the collective action necessary to escape the looming existential void “with a lot more swagger and humor than [Al Gore] could ever manage.” (Orlando Sentinel). The play stirs a sudden active interest in Environmental Studies and makes an emotional case for action that bridges the divide between doubters and activists.
