Potrero John Trail Restoration

Come join the LPFA and Ojai Ranger District as we spend a day maintaining the lovely Potrero John Trail in the Sespe Wilderness.

The plan is to meet at the Ojai Ranger Station (1190 E Ojai Ave, Ojai) at 8am and from there carpool up Hwy 33 approx 30 mins to the Potrero John trailhead. We’ll start working from the trailhead focusing on brushing and clearing any fallen trees from across the trail. We’ll stop sometime in the early afternoon either when it gets too hot or it’s time to head home. Return to Ojai and drive home feeling happy that we helped keep one of Ojai’s best trails open for people to enjoy.

LPFA will provide tools and PPE, please bring any food/drink you’ll need for the day and wear long pants and sunglasses. We hope to see you there and please email with any questions: VOLUNTEER@LPForest.org
